Redeemer Revealed

BOAFM has learned that one of the four finalists for 102.5 fm is not entitled to some of the points it claims. In a supplement to our Petition For Reconsideration filed February 23, 2012 with the F.C.C., BOAFM has presented evidence that Christian Media Assn. is in fact, a wholly owned subsidiary of Redeemer Broadcasting in nearby Olivebridge NY, owner of WFSO 88.3 and a repeater in Rhinebeck NY.

The Birds are opening the Goddess Festival again this year Friday March 9th, 7pm at the Colony Cafe on Rock City Road in Woodstock. Fre Atlast is returning to our weekly drum class Sunday, March 4th, 4 to 6 pm, to rehearse our performance at the Woodstock Community Center. BOAFM has assumed responsibilty to ensure that the iconic Drumming On The Green will continue this year. Kevin, its long time leader, quit over a dispute with another person. We’ll do all we can to smooth things over and continue our drumming traditions.

Randi and Felicia have been filling in for Nathan and Shelli of the Woodstock Museum on their Friday night TV show on local public access ch.23 since October. Sometimes the show can be seen from 9pm to Midnight at Woodstocktv.org. The show includes documentaries by Gary Null and others, live interviews, Randi’s rants and viewer call-ins. Nathan and Shelli are in Mexico for the winter.
